It’s the convenient option, right? Well, yes, but it's not always the wisest. It's really easy to do, and you can do it from right inside of the job postings. You have probably used, or have been tempted to use, the “Easy Apply” option on LinkedIn when looking at potential jobs. So that's the two different ways that you can apply for these jobs. For this example, I'll click on Apply, and it brings me to this page or I can apply for the job now on their website. The thing is is that on LinkedIn in this job posting, you'll be able to click on Apply, and then it will bring you to a third party site, usually that company's site, where you'll then apply for the job there. This one does not say Apply easily, but you can still easily apply. Now I'm going to click off of this, click Discard and go back up to the top one. I can go ahead then and submit my application. It even has my resume uploaded because I uploaded that before. So if I click Apply now, I'm going to enter in my information from my LinkedIn profile. If it says Apply now, it's one of the Apply easily, you'll be able to apply with your LinkedIn profile right here. If it has that, I'll click on this job, it'll have a little bit different button that says Apply now. In the job below this one, you'll see that it has this Apply easily icon. Now, there is two different types of Apply buttons on LinkedIn, and I want to show you the difference between the two. Well, at the top, the first one, if I click on it, I can see on the right, the job posting, learn more about this, but at the top, I can click on this blue Apply button. And now over to the left, she has some jobs that she's interested in. For this example, I just did a random search under Julie Parker's account. Now what? Well, if you're ready to apply, you can do that from within the job posting. So you found a job that you're interested in.
